Items must be returned unworn with their original labels attached within 28 days of the purchase date. Moda Rosa cannot accept returned items that have been worn, washed, damaged or tags that have been removed. We offer a free returns service via DHL Express. This policy also applies to orders placed over the telephone.

Items may also be returned in person to the shop, but refunds/exchanges can only be processed via our online payments.
For purchases made instore, customers are entitled to an exchange or a credit note within 14 days of the purchase date. Moda Rosa does not offer refunds for instore purchases.
