We hope that you are delighted with your purchases! However should you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange, please notify us via email online@modarosa.co.uk within 14 days of the purchase date. Items must be returned unworn with their original labels attached within 28 days of the purchase date. Moda Rosa cannot accept returned items that have been worn, washed, damaged or tags that have been removed. We offer a free returns service via DHL Express. A Returns label is included in your delivery. Please contact DHL direct on 0844 248 0844 to arrange a collection or online at www.dhl.co.uk/customer portal login/my dhl plus. This policy also applies to orders placed over the telephone.
Alternatively items may be returned via the post office at the senders expense. Returns should be sent to: Returns, Moda Rosa, 35 West Street, Alresford, Hampshire SO24 9AB. We strongly advise you obtain a proof of postage. Moda Rosa cannot be responsible for lost or delayed parcels.
Items may also be returned in person to the shop, but refunds/exchanges can only be processed via our online payments.
For purchases made instore, customers are entitled to an exchange or a credit note within 14 days of the purchase date. Moda Rosa does not offer refunds for instore purchases.
